card game?... im currently in that prosses too. any luck? mine is playable, im just not sure where to go from here. id love to hear more about it.

Yeah ... the card game ... well, it's playable, and has been for a few years! And, as a bonus, it's actualy FUN! I had a setup with a guy I met who was in charge of something-or-other at Wizards of the Coast, but it didn't pan out. I mean, he wasn't supposed to publish it or anything, but he was going to show it at a few trade shows for me, and I was going to help him with a game he was making on the side. His game did well, and he made a pile of money off it, and then he fell off the planet. Kind of a bummer. I put my game in the closet, and only dusted it off a few months ago. So I'm kind of at the same spot as you, I think! The "ok, so.... now what?" stage!

Yeah...its hard to find folks to help, and if it was a WOTC guy, youd think he was more professinal then that, dissapering. my game is only about half a year with playability, but has been in diff phases for longer. I guess its fun, as I had someone who doesnt like Magic, rpgs or DandD play it, and say they liked it. I guess its more of a free time thing then any thing else. I could get a lot further with it, but I dont really see the point. That, and around here, Ive no one to test it with...no input..

Hey - did your game ever get made? In the gap between this conversation and now, I've made a different, and very good card game! And it's like, DONE! But I need to now do all the work of finding a publisher... urg. Anyway, I'm trying to reconnect with FA, and I saw this post conversation and wondered what happened with yours? I hope you got it all published and stuff!
