Ooh! This came out very nice, Artie. It has a great feeling of wonder and excitement behind it.
You did a super job making Shining Armor into a foal, too. The way he is captivated by Soarin's flying attempt is beautiful. I can hear him giggling while clapping his hooves together while Soarin puts his all into getting off the ground.
The image makes me think a second, or two, later that Soarin will plop on the floor and need a hug for the owie he got, or from how the loud *THUMP* of falling would be really scary. He may be nervous to try again, but I know the attention his friends give when he does fly will keep him working those wings! :)
