Heh. I work in the customer service field also and I know that doesn't happen all that often, if at all. (its never happened to me anyways... :( )

That never happens. Never. *sighs* We all wish it does, but it doesn't. People are always stressed out and want to take their frustrations out on the blue collar workers because it makes them feel better thinking they're better than them.

You know something something like this happen to me the other day....One of the costumers threatened me for something so stupid. Of course I never had something like that happen to me, so I just stood then didn't say anything(my brain was still processing XD). The next day he came back apologizing to me. It was good cause, I know the person and he is a big dick, I mean a big one!

In real life the dude would never apologize....

Actually, I've been that jerk. Flipped out over a plain misunderstanding. I apologized when I was returning two weeks later, less stressed out of my head and embarrassed over acting like an ass. (Not the first time, and not the last, likely. But I've almost always found people to be quick to toss their own anger out the window once I own up to being an idiot to start with. Always better to leave in peace.)
Still rare maybe, but just to give you hope for humanity ;p
