For a while i had been wanting a gryphon of sorts, because I like how both fluffy and awesome they could be. So I had the idea of just getting my fursona, Kaeryn.. done up as a gryphon.

I got a previous picture/icon done by and asked if they drew gryphons, they did and having loving thier art work soooo much, got them to do Kaeryn as a gryphon :)
