Yeah, that's what I was thinking of. I saw a photo of someone who had a tat of the bones in their hand done with ink like that. It was just about invisible without a blacklight and I thought it was really cool......partly because I had that same idea like 10 years ago, but didn't know the ink existed.
It's not UV ink, this is simply bright green.
However, advances have been made in UV inks, and they're now being made completely safe for usage in tattoos.
