A not-very-remarkable subject, I have very many photos of roses, but I really like the way the petals seem to glow, over the dark background.

the rich color of the rose is indeed seemingly ethereal from the background.

The fellow who owns these roses lives just down the street from my parents house, so I spend a fair bit of time taking pictures of them.
