I haven't written about these guys for such a long, long time but they've been in the back of my mind..all from Thursday Prompts, too!
Can you get some time to yourself if you're part of a species that has a hive mind? Would it seem weird to others if you wanted that? And to what lengths would you go to get it?

I had this huge sci-fi story pictured where Zekki were ...Zekkinapped by some species who wanted to take advantage of their abilities to keep their ships in contact with each other, without understanding that the ability really only works while while they're sleeping...

I wouldn't mind sleeping for a week... but the concept of hive mind makes me terrified. But I don't think these Zekki creatures would grow so fond of privacy as a human.
