One of the suggestions I received for Pokemon Gijinka was frillish, and the opportunity to design a girly little Ouji-loli/Shota prince was too amazing to pass up. Made this whole thing in about an hour and a half, it made for a good warm-up.
I don't think I'll ever be using this design, so I might sell it as an adopt. Idk though.
