She finally showed up in the show just to be a female drooling over "Justin Beaver" and then was crowd cloned (poorly) to pad out an audience.

Well, lots of studios do that for their audiences. No one wants to waste time drawing out individual characters for an audience. I'm surprised they even remember she existed, but who's to say that she won't be involved in a future episode?

I'm well aware of that. Space Jam was heavily guilty of that but more in the way this did it compared to say Hunchback of Notre Dame. And I was shocked to see her myself this seemed an odd place to use her since they'd had no priors with her to suddenly throw her in like that goat la-aa-aaa-ady. I hope this means she'll now be getting actually used.

I wouldn't call it great. In fact, I'm glad that episode actually boldened itself enough to actually not have to find a way to slip Eggman into it and let us go once without him.
