It's pretty, but I really must give some constructive criticism here since I really want to see your art style improving.
The shapes and lines are good, the face is cute but the expression is a bit... blank. If you look at the art line-wise, you can see how the face does not fit into the head well. Since I'm not an artist myself, I cannot give detailed explanation as to why this is the case. I can throw in some guesses though: The face may be too wide, too "toony" for the rest of the image or lacking in depth. Some shading may be missing as well.... For example, the nose area really has no features that would create illusion of depth, at least I can't spot any. Maybe you should practice drawing front-facing art more? Experiment with the lines, the shading, general workflow... Possibly read about the subject as well?
I hope this helped you in finding more ways of improving your artstyle. To me you are my favourite artist and I'd hate to see your style stagnant. Keep up the good work and remember, you can always improve!
