I wanted to do a study on a ankylosauria, so I chose one of my favorites, gastonia burgei. I always found them cute looking and I love their spikes and armor. Note: I did not include the sacral shield in the study so you can better see the anatomy going on underneath it, it will not be forgotten when I do the full restoration. Feedback is always welcomed and appreciated, I'm still learning and I'm eager to learn and improve! Background done in acrylic, dinosaur done in marker and colored pencil, and labels done in Illustrator.
