Hypercat-Z introduced to me of this cute mousette character from this Chinese cartoon show about a blue cat boy and his green dragon friend who goes into different universes and met up with characters that look the same but are different in each world.

With this mousette in one universe the girls kept themselves gagged in public and for everyone but for the one they marry.
