Recently, I have been pushed to limits beyond comprehension. With almost zero support from the people that should support me. In this poetry, I try to draw how hard life hit me, and in the end, how should I escape it. Just one person keep me fighting... thanks for being there
In the dark corner of my soul
While light shines upon the beautiful landscapes of life
While every wolf goes with the light, howling and running
I’m in the darkness, the light can’t reach me
I’m the dark wolf, the one that light forgot.
Wherever I go, wherever I see, I can only see my darkness
Fear, anger, sadness and death
Those are my companions, those are my friends
They never left me, they will never leave.
From my cave I see, I see wolves playing in the light
Wolves that happily howl to the sky
How I envy them, how much I have to suffer seeing this
Everyone is happy, everyone is enjoying but me.
My soul aches, darkness keep growing inside me
I can’t hold it anymore, I must relieve my soul of its agony
Seeing the dark sky, where stars shone centuries ago
A sad howl is heard, and a red river start to flow.
The darkness is tearing apart, I can see the sky again
Tears drop from my eyes, my soul is free at last
My blood, running from my numb body form a heart
I smile, letting one last howl, I return to the darkness.
