Hm, it's either magic clothing, she's actually warm-blooded (terrestrial creature that size with that level of motility make that likely), or she's just one tough snake queen. Any one of those would be interesting.

there's also the fact that she has a high body thermal-mass, and that large it's likely she has a high enough metabolism to have a delta-temp of her core temperature (metabolic processes increasing her by 5-10F above ambient)
