ABOUT HOW THIS SHOW SAVED MY LIFE

I have a depressive disorder that varies in intensity from day to day. Most days it’s not too bad, but once in a while, things really suck. At one point, I was near suicidal, even though my life it pretty good. And you know what saved me? THIS GOD SEND OF A CARTOON

I now have something I love to look forward to every day. There have been times where I find myself thinking - “ But If I’m dead, I won’t get to find out what happens next on Steven Universe!”

Long story short, this show is the reason I’m here, and I hope many other people can find it if they need it. I’m Genderqueer, Lesbian, and alive because of this show. Thanks for listening,
