Here's description written by comissioner:

Ray was very concentrated as he tried to control fire better and make it stronger.
Sure a Flareon can control fire easily, but he wanted to do it with perfection.
He stood there silent and ignored everything around him, the ground around his paws starting to glow.
He soon was standing on a ground of fire as he shoots a giant fire ball towards the sky.
The fire ball was like a sun, it could be seen even from miles away as it enlightened the area.
After a few seconds the fire ball exploded into thousand tiny sparks in the sky, nearly like a firework.
The Flareon would never use his powers to hurt others, well at least not as long as no one hurts his friends or family.
The fire around his paws faded away, the ground being unharmed just as usual, but one thing is for sure.
Ray will not stop to train until his powers are trained to perfection.
