Like I have said before, Flint is a pet to a very wealthy, fat lady. His collar is simply a bell that makes a soft jingle sound that let's others know he is there.

Why doesn't he rip it off?
Cuz he likes it. lol. The sound is soothing to him so he doesn't mind wearing it. He has had it since he was a young child as well. Even when he runs away he'll have it. xD He gives no fucks that it came from the person that bought him. Even if he hates her, he loves the bell. haaah.

I'm still slowly figuring out his personality. He has been the hardest for me so far. xD
