If you set your linework to 'Multiply' mode then color on another layer beneath it, you won't get those antialiasing pixels...

Also, post bigger. (:=

It should work the same way in any program. Just put the linework on the mode that lets you see the layer beneath it. You can still color the linework by locking the transparency of its layer, too (though I'm not sure how to do that outside Photoshop).

what I did on those annoying pixels was use the magic wand tool outside the lineart and then color around it with the watercolor tool, thing is opencanvas does not have a sensitivity slide meter for the magic tool :(

Yeah, that really only works if your line art is 1-bit B&W.
