Barkley Flexing Pecs (Bodybuilding progress)
I started working out on a regular basis and cutting calories back in April. So far, I've lost approximately 12 pounds of body fat. I believe I've gained about 3 to 5 pounds of muscle. Looking at this picture, I believe i'm finally starting to see some results from my workouts. My biggest amount of development is in my pectorals. I wish my arms and abs were developing at the same rate.
