This is Chapter 26 to a commissioned novel. It is set in the Two Weeks universe, and is universe canon. The story follows Talikin, a 29 year old fox who's fed up with nearly everything, and is looking to make a serious change in his life, and his boyfriend, Matt, a German Shepard that never outgrew his selfish, childhood habits. Unexpectedly, that change comes in the form of the pair being targeted by a secret society.

Ah how nice to get more of this read! Now that I have caught up I gotta say this story sure does have me throwing lots of questions around in my head. I hope the next installment will answer at least one, but it'll probably just cause me to have more questions.... Still looking forward to it thought, I hope Talikin gets some piece.
Oh, and another thing I haven't announced yet is that, as of 2015 this commissioner's funding was split between The Vacant Years and another novel-length story running parallel and unrelated... But as of 2016, it's split between TVY, that other novel, and a third novel-length commission from me, which might go a ways to explaining the time between new chapters ^^
Vacant Years is a commission. A while back, the commissioner ran into financial trouble, and wasn't able to pay for the story to be concluded at the time. Responsibilities piled up, as I recall, and other things had to take priority. It's possible the story will be continued at a later date, but that's out of my hands. Sorry :)
