I added some depth into the eye sockets to accommodate for 3-D eyes. Apoxie horn sockets need to be sanded and dremeled to be removed, but am willing to do that myself should you want for 10$. There is elastic around the back already made for someone with appx 22-23" but the resin base can accommodate ANY sized head even someone 24"+
