I just needed to get out a vent art.
I've been more than a bit homesick/lonely lately.

As of right now, where I live I have no friends, i hardly ever go anywhere beyond the grocery store, the only person I really talk to in person is my husband, and my closest friend lives about 10 hours away, and My friends whom live across the country hardly ever really talk to me.
I'm still here..

Lately i've been wondering if i'm only really relevant to some of my best friends when i'm there. My heart belongs in the desert where they all are.
I'm craving face to face interaction with familiar faces.
What hurts most is I'm always online, always on messenger and I don't like to message first because I dont want to pester people when they're at work.
I'm just sitting here in my apartment day in and day out thinking to myself,
I'm still here..

The anxiety isnt the best either, because unless I keep my mind busy, it rips me apart and there's only so much one can do when they're sitting across the country from the majority of their friends and family. When my best friends call or talk to me, it means so much because it reminds me that people know,
I'm still here.
