Baldwin S118, only a handful left in existence, two of which are here in Australia. AC16 class no.221A and No.218A were both operational last time i checked.

i guess i'm glad there is a tweetsie theme park, but i'd really like to see, even narrower gauge, non-steam, as a practical every day form of public transportation.
one that to me, would make more sense, then nearly everybody having to drive a car, and what that does to the landscape we all have to live in.
not against steam of course, but my aesthetic, is more about small form factor then history. steam is of course fascinating, in its relative simplicity. if there were few enough of us, steam might be as good a propulsion system as any. if there were few enough of us, even cars would be ok, and they could be steam powered.
at any rate, small form factor rail, feels the most right to me, both aesthetically and for the environment.
