This story is largely based on an actual toy store near me that is abandoned for a while now. Driving by it and seeing the old faded boxes from years ago in the window always made me a bit melancholic, especially as I remember it from being a kid where it was open but I ever visited it.
Well you can't turn back time... at least not in real life, but you can in a story ^..^
