Doctor phage is the best doctor in this or any other layer
Doctor phage injects a universe with decillions and decilllions of microscopic version of himself.
They then suck up ALL the diseases, even the ones that aren't caused by things you can suck up. There they live a idealised simulated existence shrunken down in the capsual until they are rehomed. The excess mass is used to make phage prime even bigger.
He has been doing this more as long as the concept of doctors has existed.
