As anyone who knows how the digestive system works, knows there's two ends to it. Just as the plan name suggests. You could as well take the 'natural way out', being the 'back end' of the whale. At the bottom end of the stomach (the opposite side you came in through), there's a path that leads to... well you know. It's the grossest option, as well as the most embarrassing, but if your desperate you might as well. Hold your breath and don't think about the fact that you're coming out of the whale's butt.
