Welcome to Pokemon Week, everyone! The theme this year is "Brothers of the Tribe." Basically this year is a tribal theme. Those colorful things behind Tyran are what I call "Color Spirits." They are fashioned into wings. Anyways, this is an example of what you could draw to contribute to Pokemon Week this year. You can fashion the color spirits into anything, such as a tail or a weapon.
