This is one of the winning ideas in the Freebie #2
They asked if Enigma could become a Jelly, Jello, Gelatin, whatever-tin, and have the ability to shoot Gelatin from mouth, hand, tail and such, only side effect is being bloated big time,
It's like one of those games of "You can have this, but got to do this!" type where you accept or deny, I would totally accept, Gelatin power but has to be Bloaty? %100 Accept!

SuperUltraMarioFan who decided to ask only for Enigma to have this, and It kinda got my attention too, I mean, Enigma as Gelatin, oh the fun this can lead!
Colors can change as well, never stays same!
And... I'm looking at it this way, what if my lovely Toucan lady, Reesha, did an experiment, mixing Gelatin stuffs with my DNA sample to create something, then she thinks it's a failure only to be surprised by this stuffing her big time when she didn't expect any result, a birth of new Character, Enigelatin!
There's no eyes, because it's all purely Gelatin, XD

its an upside and an upside.
being jello/jelly/gelatin:
*Cannot break, and if you do, you can reform, so you can inflate as many times as you want.
*gelatin mass can thin accordingly to perfectly fit anything you want!
*ability to change form to be able to carry a heavier load would be nice too.. being stuffed full for money and transport? NICE!
Being bloated all the time:
*bouncy mass will break almost any fall, permanent trampoline.
*natural shape will encourage air or water to be pushed into the abdomen,which is larger, so you could contain more!
