here we have one of the Not so often used character, Photo Finish. This one did not take too long to do thanks to all of the reference that I got of her. I was told that she had more interest in Fluttershy that made Rarity jealous so I kinda went that route. Although this one took two tries to get right, I love the end result. I was Was going for a Snobby, Fashion talent Diva look for Photo Finish.
