( these seals are based of the seals of naruto anime so i made my own )

this seal does a few things

1) this seal if on paper give moonstruck temp control over the host as long the paper seal is on the host , but if this seal is on a top hat it act like drug for the host to wear making the the host wear it more and more this making the seal slowly go onto the host skin marking the temp host as a full fledge host

2) the seal also act a summon all of the creature that live with moonstruck minus seduction witch would require lots of chakra to do so this be a last resort

3) when the seal is on the host skin they are changed if female they stay female only turn yellow and have black hair and some what get moonstruck personality , if male it different story moonstruck get total control over the host and in the process make the host almost into his own image .
