... IF that is/were how the KingKoops recruits/requests all [of] his KooperTroopers,

I have a great feeling that King Koopa does recruit a lot of his Koopa Troopa's this way. Who's knows? Maybe he even takes it to a whole other step of giving them a hug. In the Koopa's eyes, I have a believe that not all find him bad. Although not everyone that's a Koopa trusts him, because of certain decisions that could of failed in the background.
