I'm now a partial suit!
Don't worry, I still have, and use the full suit. I finally got around to making arm sleeves to wear it as a partial. I'll primarily go partial when I'm too hot, tired, or lazy for full suiting. This will come in especially handy during dead dog dances at cons.

I originally did my suit as a full suit because I'm crazy and wanted to go all in right from the beginning!
I'm not sure how to handle weight variances with a full suit, but you can get used to the heat with a full suit. I think that being lazy is mostly a factor at local meets, or the very end of the con. During a con I think I might prefer full suiting, especially with headless lounges available.
