I actually submitted something on here. That's amazing...Now I know I'm sleepy XD

Alright, this is my OC, Riok. I'm still working out everything for him and even though this is a work in progress, I believe this will probably be the look I stick with for quite some time. Yes, I put 1.0 because there will be things added. I just haven't added them yet.

This isn't the full capabilities of Paint.NET but I'm pretty close. I've spent over two days on this guaranteed in total time, and it's really been fun despite all the headaches and frustrations it has caused me. Though I have learned alot! This is the tenth revision of my own personal saves, and I'm not even including how many saves from the lineart I have done.

I do plan on perfecting this, but for the time being, this is what you could kinda call my ref from now on. When I'm completely done with it, I'll add in actual information. But for now, live with the fact that Riok is 7'9" and can control both fire and ice through the manipulation of heat itself.

It's late...I must sleep...yes, this is what insomnia does to me...it makes me productive...I know, I'm scared too...

Yes, the background sucks. Deal with it. It's a work in progress for a reason. Besides, I am not good with backgrounds anyway.
