Although it looks like something I had to scrape off the floor at Walmart a few times, I believe it might be something a bit more savory. It looks like something with Marinara sauce, ground beef and melted Mozzarella cheese. It's too broke up to be Lasagna, so I'm guessing a simple "Bowl o' Red" Chili?
