My new species, Wurbats! (Pronounced war bat)

These guys are an open species, but there are a few rules so read below before making one.

What a Wurbat must have:
Drab coloured fur.
Neon hair, tongue, pawpads, wing membrane, inner ear, tongue and other innards.
Raptor claws on feet.
Wing membrane between arms and legs.
Four ears.
Hair/ mane that runs all the way down back and tail.
Eyes with rings as shown in the above picture (they don't have to be that colour or style, they just need black rings to them)
Big fangs!
Bat-like nose.
Fluffy fur.
A long tail with some form of fin to it.
Long tongue.
Some form of dieselpunk/steampunk part. For example my Wurbat diesel has his big life support machine strapped to his chest, but maybe yours might have a gun arm or goggles or machine parts? It's all up to you, it just has to look steampunk or dieselpunk.
All wurbats are big, the average height being nine feet tall but they can be much much larger.

Any other details are completely up to you, so if you want to make one feel free! I'd love to see any too.
(The one in the above picture is my Wurbat, diesel. He's a big fluffy idiot.)

Other data:

In feral form Wurbats move much like gorillas, using their big arms as front legs to move.
Wurbats were originally a government experiment to combine animal DNA with weapons, but they gained sentience and escaped the lab they were born in.
They aren't the most emotionally or mentally sound and have been known to be very destructive and wild.
