Looks more like powder and rust flakes. I'm hoping the floor isn't too too bad despite what I said earlier. Either way I just need to shovel the stuff out, clean it up and then see what I have to work with. I think that that will be the worst part of any body work that I might have to do, at least floor wise. Of course the car as I'm aware spent most of it's life in Missouri, which doesn't really have much in the way of salt water bodies. I'm not sure how snow has been in that state either cuz I don't know whether or not they get snow much. Either way, stay tuned for pics :)
