This wonderfully creepy illustrations features one of my alien bug races, name yet to be determined, from the sci fi universe I'm building. The various bug species are pretty diverse and insular keeping problems, disputes, and trade amongst themselves whenever possible. Still they are incredible builders and merchants. These mostly work as scavengers, pulling in wrecked ships and scouring abandoned places. Aside from trying to make a profit they also clean and restore places that would otherwise fall to ruin and often return valuable items to the species or person they belonged to or simply donate them to various museums across the galaxy. Despite their terrifying appearance they are rather pleasant to be around and are one of the few bug species that actively seek to maintain good personal and political relationships with others.
