Background: The thirteenth and last child. Quiet and mute this Hitokage is one of the stronget members of the group wearing a heavy set of armor over it hiding its true form. The tail on it's head can kill almost anything with one strike. If it incounters something it cannot kill right away, it places a "Death Sentence" on it which dies if touched by the tail 13 times. Unfortunantly, the "Death Sentence" and tail does not work on other Hitokage.
