I'm not 100% clear on how making the glow in the dark stuff works. Looking at the photo though, I'm curious if there's a main layer that glows and then there's just an extra coating that gives it the orange color?
If so, I would think it might be interesting to etch some patterns in the orange layer, so that the teal shows through. Just a thought anyways. ^(._.)^;
