Scrawny, hunchbacked, teetering around on toothpick legs, the inhabitants of the Western Quarter create a sense of fear and revulsion within those who look upon them. But it would be wise not to judge them too harshly for their appearance, because compared to their devious Northern cousins (who ironically look more human), these creatures are your best friends. They are in fact completely docile, often welcoming strangers from the Outside to their surreal ballroom parties.
