Hank should have known. He did it anyway, but he really should have known better.

While he and Remy were going through his room, with Hank proudly showing off some his more prized possessions to the thief (ironic enough if you think about it), McCoy found one of his own football jerseys. He eloquently retold the story of how he played in high school in order to make sense of his massive, muscular frame and athletic ability as well as to hide that he really was, quite frankly, a nerd.

The problem came when Remy wanted to see Hank wear it. Now at the time, Hank was just over 600 pounds, and while he knew in his head it wouldn’t fit, he was still somewhat in denial at exactly how big he was getting. The large double-X quarterback jersey was comically tiny on the big blue furred feline. It was more like a sports bra on this thick massive chest.

Of course Hank blushed beneath his fur, but the problem came when Remy tried to comfort him, saying it didn’t matter that the shirt didn’t fit. He wasn’t THAT big and besides, he looked good at any weight.

That was the moment when Hank strongly began reconsidering his relationship with Remy. While he loved the Cajun, he was enabling his baser instincts way too much…
