This was my final for one of my LCAD courses. The professor handed out images of black and white still life paintings, and we had to recreate them in charcoal.
Although the art recreation is mine, the original piece which was recreated is not mine, and I do not claim it as my own. This was simply an exercise and learning experience from a master artist's work as many students do in their studies, and I claim no rights to the original.

Oh man... this is some outstanding charcoal work. You kept your edges so strong yet soft like traditional charcoal pieces. I love the balance of the dark grapes in front of the lighter oranges and still in front of that folded material in the back. This is just terrific
