Vapour the Vaporeon attempted realism sketch

In a random conversation with 
Stampy, somewhere along the lines the topic came up that Vapour, his macro anthro Vapreon, does not have the best potential in looking realistic without taking on some unappealing looks (like MANY Pokemon have the problem of).
So I said, I bet I can do a good job, so bam, here is this sketch. Aside from the dinky aircraft carrier with planes falling off of it, I think I did quite well. I referenced a Bobcat and a River Otter (mostly for the nose). The main point of the picture was for the face.
