It's hard to believe that the 'one-hit-wonder' "Who Let The Dogs Out?" was first written and performed ten years ago (in 1998), only to be made more popular by the group Baha Men, a year or two later...

Needless to say, this title was an easy target of opportunity to poke fun at many a fat dog (by switching the words around and making a tailor's reference in the process). In 2001, my 'target' was 'Huskee' - one of BD's characters - in the form of a fan art mini-sketch I'd illustrated and sent to his creator...
