Well, i guess i’m a Steven Universe fan now… for those who don't follow me on Tumblr, i've basically been binge watching the show and just caught up to the latest episode, so to mark the occasion i decided to create a ‘gemsona’.

Her gem, hair, eyes and all of her clothing are Thermochromic (they change color as they heat up) The thermometer on her front is marked with units 0 to 6 which reads off her temperature rounded to the nearest 100°C, which brings me neatly to her power, Thermochrome can raise her body temperature to a scorching 600°C

(For those who are unaware, Thermochromic liquid crystal is the colour changing ‘gem’ used in mood rings as well as those plastic strip thermometers, hence her emotion sensing and temperature related powers.)
