This is a first, Mightyena is in a piece of artwork! That is extremely rare! Actually, Mightyena is still my favorite basic canine pokemon you can catch at the beginning of a pokemon game. Frankly, I always found its design intriguing, just like Houndour/Houndoom. And I later took a liking to its paws and toeclaws as well. ^////^
I do love the variety of pokemon you are able to draw so flawlessly Jammy! And you give them such sensuous paws too. Riolu and Umbreon can keep it their little secret that they like this more than they are letting on. I'm sure Ebony and Blaine both agree that they shall pester Fang and Spice again, so the terrible two can assert just how weak and tiny they are more often. Also, I do find your descriptions quite fun to read, adds a bit more fun to the picture.

Aiyah! I extremely like the shine on all of their fur, especially Fang's and Spice's! My favourite part of the shine is the shine on the fur of Spice's tails, giving the tails a soft (and strokeable?) look. The shine also looks great on Fang, given how, normally, Mightyena is drawn with shiny fur in official media of Pokémon. Your putting shine on the neckerchiefs gives an interesting and complementary element to the picture. Switching to the other element, the fur... the long, jagged look of Fang's fur looks soft, fitting, and just overall great. I think that Spice's chest fur (and maybe head fur) would also benefit from the long, jagged look, given how both Fang and Spice are predatory here. Speaking of this, their glares and sharply curved smiles just top the general 'dominant' corporal language here.
The background, though, has noticeable flaws. While I appreciate the muted, 'nighttime' colours and how the colours get darker at a farther distance, they way you drew the trees implied that they were in a cave instead of a forest. I think that would be the leave-bunces being neither rounded or zigzagged, but rather in between, giving the outlines a more rocky texture.
