It was almost a teen version of F.O.P., Timmy had blonde hair and a motorcycle, A.J. had this gadget on his face, Chester got his braces taken out, and Vicky looked more dangerous, and there was a new girl nicknamed AWoL

The story was that after years of being taught by Crocker and failing so many times the principal thinks Timmy should be in a different class, just so happened Vicky is a teacher now so he and other students get the most serious teaching of their life, after school is only time Timmy meets with Chester and A.J. that's where they also meet AWoL (a girl who knows her way through the city of dimmsdale). Vicky then suspects something's up and becomes the"New Crocker" always blaming Timmy for fairy god parents, but Vicky is aggressive she hunts down Timmy after the end of every school day, but those two dots on his shirt are Cosmo and Wanda's clever disguise, occasionally helping Timmy along side with his friends to escape from Vicky, but Vicky's hunt down always gets more savage.

I remember this scene it was my favorite, Timmy motorcycle broke so all he was doing was running while Vicky was chasing him down with a car, then he got to this board walk at the beach (I didn't know dimmsdale has a pier) Timmy's running down the stairs while Vicky is using her car persistently down those stairs
Then Vicky finally gets out the car because it couldn't fit( I've been through that before) so she gets out and runs down Timmy by foot but as soon as she gets to the piers (the supports and a bridge)
Timmy vanishes when Vicky leaves the view changes to show Timmy relaxing in place only he can see

Also he can't use Cosmo and Wanda so frequently as before because Da Rulez change "you can only use your fairies for 1hr at a time.
