40 ans qu'on sue, 40 ans qu'on SEM
(40 years that we sweat, 40 years that we SEM* [*translated as "love" for the pun])

This sentence was a pun made for the 40 years of service of the Super-Étendard Modernisé (abbreviated by SEM which is an homophone of the 3rd person of singular of the verbe s'aimer, s'aime) in the Aéronavale.
The Super Étendard Modernisé is a french jet fighter and ground attack aeroplane which serve in the Aéronavale since 1980, it's the modernized version of the Super-Étendard, their retreat of the French Navy is prediced for July 2016 for the SEM série 5.
They served with success on all the operations fields of the French Navy, in Lebannon in the early 80s, in Syria in 1983, in Bosnia and Herzegovnia from 1993 to 1996, in the Kosovo War in 1999, in Afghanistan in 2001 and 2002 and in 2006, 2007 and in 2008, in Libya in 2011 and in Irak in 2015.
In the French Air Force, the SEM will know, in 47 years of service, only 4 mortal accident, the 27 May 1982, the 2 April 1987, the pilot and the aircraft were not found at this day, the 17 Jully 1988, an accident at the landing on the aircraft carrier Charles De Gaulle and the 1st October 2008, after a collision between two SEM, the both pilots were ejected but only one of them has been found, the other, the lieutenant de vaisseau Sébastien Lhéritier, will be found at 80m undersea the 17 October.

So, obviously, I'm late of 5 years for this one but I wanted to draw a SEM pilot after I had seeing the video made by the Groupe Aérien Embarqué (Embarked Aerial Group) for the occasion (they really have a good team for film those beauties). Here's the link of the video which inspired me.
