I'm not worried about anything being taken from me. I just wonder where your level of self-respect is right now, that you feel the need to post titillating photos on a furry art website.

I know why they're here. They don't lie about why they're here like most people do. They don't pretend to be something they're not and can never be.
They're single-serving friends and once I quit posting photos I know they'll go away. There's no question.
In the meantime, they're comments and adoration do have its benefits. I'm not that pretty and not very thin but they still like what they see. So in a way, it is not they who use my pictures but I'm using them.

Anyway, I'll admit my reaction is mostly due to the fact that these Myspace-esque accounts really irk me, and attention whoring has always rubbed me the wrong way. Honestly I would much rather see your art, no matter how crappy you say it is, than your boobs. But, as long as you're getting what you want out of your account, have fun.

naturally I'm not without having picked up some of my own trolls as you have probably read elsewhere. Though some of the brainwashed and inconsiderate few have called me sexist, I think it's probably about time someone come forward and say "hey, I'm fat and ugly but I can still be attractive"

Well it's magazines and TV that say 'this is what you have to look like to be sexy, be rich, be a success, to be loveable' and I say no it's not and its time for a change. I easily get disgusted by those who turn the female into a bouncy airheaded bimbo for no reason other than to get a couple of pageviews

The amazing thing is that you took this so well, actually.

Alot of people moan and groan and whine whenever they see a photo of someone, instead of their art. Yeah, not all people on FA are artists, but at the same time, this isn't myspace. I post pictures of myself every so often, too, so don't think I'm getting all up on you. Heh.

I think everyone has a right to post whatever they want on here, SO LONG AS IT'S THEIRS.
(cause you know people are art thieves and blahblah. you know. XD)

I'm of the opinion you don't need to be skinny and pretty to be able to post a picture, you just have to have the confidence to put yourself out there for people to look at you. It sickens me that magazines, TV and some of the artists on here portray women as bubble headed bimbos with wasp-looking wastes and buounce around like morons for nothing more but amusement

Indeed it is! You can look at me! I'm pretty...er, overweight. Probably about the same weight as you, but hell, I still get comments all the time. And yeah, it feels good to know <i>somebody</i> thinks you're attractive, that isn't your family or close friends, that know if they say otherwise you'll get pissed. XD

I have seen the tops of the mountains... and it is good.
