Looks a little stiff - but then again, tweening always does. I really recommend NOT using tweening, from hell's heart I stab at it. It looks awful, and unnatural, and it puts people into a bad habit.
Have you tried animating it by hand? It looks like it'd be pretty easy to do, and it'd lend a lot of life to the animation.

Tweening doesn't always look stiff. Just takes a LOT of work and practice to make it look good.

Wouldn't it still be easier to draw the frames by hand? I mean, I still find drawing something by hand is easier than tweening it, and that includes more complex body movements. It's the law of Diminishing Returns. Sure, you can put a load of work and effort into improving your tweening... but animating by hand will always have an edge on it.
And, you know, tweening isn't exactly the most well respected of animation forms. It's basically limited animation (of the worst kind), and the smooth shapes, calculated edges, the marionette qualities of it kill any life that stretch and squash could so easily achieve.
If you want to use tweening, I'd recommend learning how to do it AFTER you learn how to animate properly, so it's not used as a crutch.
